DESCRIPTION:Luis Ernesto was born in Guayaquil\, Ecuador\, in 1988 into a family of artists. He is the grandson of Eduardo “el negro” Rodriguez\, a famous tango singer from Cuenca. At age 6\, Luis began studying singing and performed as a soloist in the “Coro De Niños de la Universidad de Guayaquil.” He continued in various choirs until age 23 and founded the folk group “Código Social.” Luis toured as a tenor soloist in countries including Venezuela\, Peru\, Argentina\, Colombia\, Poland\, and Italy. He debuted as the tenor soloist in the symphonic-choral work “La misa popular ecuatoriana” alongside his brother\, Cesar Rodriguez. \nLuis gained TV fame as a finalist in Ecuador’s version of “The Voice” in 2016. He was nominated for Tropical Pop Artist of the Year in 2022 for his song “Lo Siento.” In the same year\, he moved to Miami\, Florida\, where he performed with “La Línea Band” and headlined the “Festival del Pasillo\,” endorsed by the Ecuadorian consulate in Florida. Broward County honored him as an ambassador of Ecuadorian music. In 2024\, Luis moved to Tennessee to pursue a career in music production.

They want everyone to get a taste of Mexico. In its trajectory\, Sol de México has been able to perform in events all over Middle Tennessee and the surrounding states. The company is led by Jose Luis Escoto and Grecia Rodriguez who have been dancing together for almost 10 years.\nBoth currently teach children in the Hispanic Family Foundations Baila program.\n“One of the best feelings of performing at Plaza so much is when someone comes up to us with tears in their eyes to say our performance took them back home to Mexico” – Grecia & Luis\nTraditional Mexican folkloric dance performances throughout the afternoon from the Ballet Folklorico Sol de México dance duo.

She writes for other organizations and projects as well as her own music. Check out her latest Ep “Rosa (Duetos)”. \nRosa is a Songwriter for the Country Music Hall of Fame’s community educational programs too\, where her song “Okay!” Has been selected to be featured in songwriting workshops. \nRodriguez wrote the school song for Aventura Community Schools in Nashville\, released in 2023\, and a hypertension awareness jingle called “Mujer = Vida” in 2022 for Harper Hill Global and Hearts United\, playing in radios and clinics in Honduras. \nWith prior experiences in rock bands and projects where she opened for artists like Pitbull\, Prince Royce\, Wisin y Yandel\, and others performing in stadiums and becoming the first female Honduran featured on MTV Latin America\, Rosa is now making her mark in the US\, hoping to represent diversity and love.
